We read everything and answer within one business day. Include the email address you bought with, and the title of the song if it has one — that is enough for us to find it.
What to write about
A song that came out wrong. Tell us what you were hoping for. We would rather make it again than have you keep something that misses. See the refund policy.
A refund. Same address, within 14 days of buying.
A song about you that you did not ask for. If somebody has made a song using your name and you want it gone, write and say so. We will remove it and tell you what we removed, and you do not have to explain yourself.
Anything about your data. What we hold and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy; the same address handles those requests.
